Utility templates sent inside the 24-hour window are charged at the utility rate from 1 Oct 2026.
Service replies are the messages you type inside the 24-hour window after a customer writes to you. Each WhatsApp number gets 1,000 free a month; unused ones do not carry over.
Each template message is charged individually — even if multiple are sent to the same customer within the same 24-hour window.
Different template categories (Marketing, Utility, Authentication, Service) sent to the same customer are each charged separately.

Can I use my existing WhatsApp number with OGIR? +

Yes. We'll help upgrade your existing number to the WhatsApp Business API so you can start automating. If you already have an API number, we'll help you migrate too.

Is there a limit on how many messages I can send? +

Your account starts with a 1,000 messages/day limit. Consistently using at least 50% of it upgrades you to 10,000/day, then 1 lakh/day, per WhatsApp's tiering.

How long does setup take? +

Typically 1–2 days to get your account campaign-ready. If your Facebook Business Manager isn't verified yet, add 2–3 days for verification.

Can I apply for the Blue Tick? +

Yes. Once your number has some usage, you can apply for the WhatsApp verified Blue Tick — included on all plans.

Can multiple team members log in from different devices? +

Yes. Multiple agents can access the OGIR panel from multiple devices and send/receive messages.
