These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the OGIR platform and its products, OGIR Chat and OGIR DM (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Rigo International, a partnership firm registered in India (“OGIR”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
OGIR provides business messaging and automation tools that operate on top of the official WhatsApp Business Platform and the official Instagram Graph API. Features, limits, and availability may change as we improve the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and in line with the policies of the platforms it connects to. You must not send spam, unsolicited, or misleading messages, or violate the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy, or Meta Platform Terms. You must not message people without the consent required by applicable law, use the Service for unlawful or harmful activity, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put our platform access at risk.
You are responsible for the messages, contacts, and content you process through the Service, and for having the rights and consents to do so. We process this data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select, and prices are exclusive of applicable taxes such as GST unless stated. Messaging charges levied by Meta or third parties may apply in addition to your OGIR subscription. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated at purchase.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Rigo International and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You retain ownership of your own content.
The Service depends on third-party platforms, including those operated by Meta. Your use of connected channels is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for changes, outages, or actions taken by those platforms.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or message delivery. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rigo International will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or our platform access.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to applicable law.
We may update these Terms and will revise the effective date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions can be sent to contact@ogir.ai.
