OgirDM Terms of Service

OGIR is a product of Rigo International.

● OgirDM · Instagram DM automation

Effective date: 1 September 2026  ·  Last updated: 1 September 2026

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OgirDM, the Instagram edition of the OGIR platform, at dm.ogir.ai and any related pages on ogir.ai (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Rigo International, a partnership firm registered in India (“OgirDM”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so and “you” means that company. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

OgirDM lets a business or creator connect its own Instagram professional account and automate conversations with the people who message or comment on it: automated replies, keyword and comment-to-DM automations, a shared team inbox and contact records. It runs on Meta’s official Instagram API with Instagram Login. Features, limits and availability may change as we improve the Service.

We are a tool, not a party to your conversations. You decide what your automations say and who receives them. You remain the business your customers are talking to.

3. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
  • You must give accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by your team members.
  • Tell us promptly at contact@ogir.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Connecting your Instagram account

To use the Service you connect your own Instagram professional (Business or Creator) account through Meta’s official Instagram Login. You grant us permission to read the account’s basic profile and to send and receive messages and reply to comments on your behalf, for as long as the connection remains active.

You can disconnect at any time from Settings → Channels, or by removing OgirDM under Apps and websites in your Instagram settings. When you disconnect, we delete the access token and stop sending and receiving on your behalf.

Meta’s rules apply on top of ours. Your use of Instagram through OgirDM is also subject to Meta’s terms, the Instagram Platform Policy and Meta’s messaging policies, including the rule that a business may only send a message within the window Meta allows after a person last messaged it. If Meta restricts or removes your account or your access, we cannot restore it, and these Terms do not oblige us to.

5. What you must not do

You must not use OgirDM to:

  • message people who have not contacted you, or keep messaging someone who has asked you to stop;
  • send spam, bulk unsolicited marketing, scams, phishing or misleading content;
  • impersonate another person or business, or present OgirDM as a product of Instagram or Meta;
  • send unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise abusive content, or anything that endangers or exploits children;
  • promote goods or services that are illegal where your customers are, or that Meta prohibits;
  • collect or store people’s personal data without a lawful basis for doing so;
  • attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
  • resell or provide the Service to third parties except under a written agreement with us.

Automated conversations must be disclosed. Meta requires, and some laws require, that people are told they are talking to an automated system. The Service sends that disclosure at the start of an automated conversation; you must not remove or defeat it.

We may suspend or terminate an account we reasonably believe is breaking these rules, and may do so without notice where the breach is serious or where Meta requires it.

6. Your customers’ data

The people who message or comment on your Instagram account are your contacts. As between you and us, you are the controller of their personal data and we process it on your instructions in order to provide the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to message them, for honouring opt-outs, and for answering their privacy requests; we will give you reasonable help to do so.

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy and how to delete it on our Data Deletion page. Both form part of these Terms.

7. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance for a quarter (3 months) or a year (12 months), at the prices shown in your account and on ogir.ai. Prices are exclusive of taxes; GST is added at the applicable rate for customers in India. You are responsible for any other applicable taxes. Instagram messaging carries no per-message charge from Meta, so there is nothing to pass through beyond your plan price.

Each plan carries a monthly allowance of automated messages. If you go over it we will tell you in the product and ask you to move to a larger plan; we do not charge overage without your agreement.

We may change prices with 30 days’ notice. A change applies from your next renewal; if you do not accept it, do not renew. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where we terminate for convenience under section 8.

8. Cancelling

You may cancel at any time from your account or by writing to contact@ogir.ai. Your plan runs until the end of the paid period and does not renew automatically unless you choose to renew.

We may terminate for material breach, or for convenience on 30 days’ notice with a pro-rata refund of anything prepaid. After termination we retain your data for 30 days so you can export it or change your mind, and delete it after that, except where we must keep records by law.

9. Availability

We work to keep the Service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may take it down for maintenance, and parts of it depend on Meta’s APIs, which we do not control. If Meta changes or withdraws a capability, the Service may change with it.

10. Our intellectual property, and yours

The Service, its software and its branding remain ours. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your account is active. Your content stays yours — your flows, messages, contacts and files. You grant us only the permission we need to host and process them in order to run the Service for you.

11. Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, and to the maximum extent the law allows:

  • we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data or indirect or consequential loss;
  • our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim;
  • we are not liable for anything caused by your automations, your message content, your breach of Meta’s policies, or action Meta takes against your accounts.

The Service is provided “as is” except as expressly stated.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will give you reasonable notice by email or in the product. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.

13. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either of us may seek urgent injunctive relief anywhere.

14. General

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing something is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent; we may transfer ours to a group company or a buyer of the business. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the data deletion page are the whole agreement between us about the Service.

15. Contact

contact@ogir.ai, or by post to Rigo International (OgirDM), A-19, Ground Floor, Suite 1379, Okhla Industrial Area Phase-2, New Delhi, South East Delhi, Delhi 110020, India. The terms for the full OGIR platform are at ogir.ai/terms-of-service.
